Engineer Jianjun Xiao is Technical Director of the nationally accredited EMC Laboratory of Beijing Jiaotong University. He also serves as a member of the Subcommittee on Radio Interference Measurement Methods and Statistical Methods of the National Technical Committee on Radio Interference Standardization (SAC/TC79/SC1) and as an inspector of China Railway Test & Certification Center Co., Ltd. (CRCC). In 2022, he received the National Railway Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award. He has led two National Key R&D Program tasks and one key laboratory-safety research project of Beijing Jiaotong University. He has independently completed laboratory EMC verification for core onboard equipment such as ATP and BTM, as well as ground train-control systems, RBC, temporary speed restriction servers, and related core equipment.
现任国家认可认证实验室北京交通大学电磁兼容实验室技术负责人，兼任全国无线电干扰标准化技术委员会无线电干扰测量方法和统计方法分技术委员会（SAC/TC79/SC1）委员，中铁检验认证中心有限公司（CRCC）检查员，2022年获全国铁路青年科技创新奖（1/3）。主持国家重点研发计划项目任务2项，北京交通大学实验室安全专题研究课题重点项目1项。独立完成车载ATP、BTM等核心车载设备及地面列控系统、RBC、临时限速服务器等核心设备的电磁兼容性能实验室试验验证工作。
