Yinghong Wen闻映红

Yinghong Wen, Ph.D., is a Tier-II Professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Automation and Intelligence, Beijing Jiaotong University. She is an academic leader in electromagnetic environment and electromagnetic compatibility, and currently serves as Director of the nationally accredited EMC Laboratory of Beijing Jiaotong University. She previously served as Vice Dean and Deputy Party Secretary of the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, and Executive Vice Dean and Party Organization Secretary of Zhan Tianyou College (Future Technology College for Intelligent Transportation). She is a leading expert in China's high-speed railway field and has systematically solved fault problems caused by various types of electromagnetic interference in high-speed railways. Her honors include the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and the China Youth Science and Technology Award.

During her service in IEEE, Professor Wen has made outstanding contributions. Since 2020, she has served as Chair of the IEEE China Council, overseeing strategic planning and daily operations in mainland China and coordinating eight local sections. She previously served as Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Council.

In academic exchange and conference organization, she has served as Associate Editor of IEEE Antennas and Propagation Magazine, Program Committee Chair for the 1st to 6th IEEE MAPE conferences and the 4th IEEE ISEMC, and General Co-Chair of the 11th MAPE Conference in 2026. She has also helped organize ICEAA-IEEE APWC special sessions, the WIE Beijing Leadership Summit, volunteer training, and international symposiums on artificial intelligence and applications.

For her outstanding contributions, she received the 2015 Beijing Section Outstanding Achievement Award for Membership Development and the 2018 IEEE EMC Society Best Journal Paper Award.

闻映红，博士，北京交通大学自动化与智能学院二级教授、博士生导师，电磁环境和电磁兼容学科方向学术带头人，现任国家认可认证实验室北京交通大学电磁兼容实验室主任。历任北京交通大学电子信息工程学院副院长、副书记，詹天佑学院（智慧交通未来技术学院）常务副院长兼党组织书记。她是我国高速铁路领域顶尖专家，系统解决了高铁各类电磁干扰引发的故障问题，荣获国家科技进步二等奖及中国青年科技奖。

在 IEEE 任职期间，闻教授作出了卓越贡献。她自 2020 年起任 IEEE 中国理事会主席，统筹中国大陆地区战略规划与日常运营，协调下辖 8 个地方分会；此前历任该理事会副主席、秘书兼财务负责人。

学术交流组织方面，她曾任《IEEE 天线与传播杂志》副编辑，担任第 1 至 6 届 IEEE MAPE、第 4 届 IEEE ISEMC 程序委员会主席，及 2026 年第 11 届 MAPE 大会联合主席。她还参与组织 ICEAA-IEEE APWC 专题分会、WIE 北京领导力峰会、志愿者培训及人工智能与应用国际研讨会。

凭借突出贡献，她荣获 2015 年北京分会会员发展杰出成就奖，以及 2018 年 IEEE EMC 学会最佳期刊论文奖。
